    If an item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return request.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    Returns are generally not accepted in the following cases:

    If you receive items falling under any of the following categories, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt:

    The return shipping cost is typically borne by the customer.
    The original shipping fee is generally non-refundable.
    Returns for Quality Issues or Shipping Errors
    If a return is required due to product quality defects or an error on our part during shipping:
    vergesole.com will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
    We can offer a replacement shipment, an exchange, or a refund.
  8. Exchange Policy
    We currently offer exchange services for select items. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact Customer Service first to confirm stock availability.
  9. Order Cancellation
    Once an order is submitted, we process and ship it as quickly as possible.
    If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
    Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled upon request.
    Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled directly but may be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.
